Directions
- Add the yogurt, cocoa powder, and cashew butter to a large bowl. Use a hand mixer to whip until thoroughly combined and fluffy.
- Spoon the yogurt evenly into bowls and set aside.
- Add water to a double boiler. Alternatively, fill a small pot halfway with water and place a heat-safe bowl on top. Bring the water to a boil and add the chocolate chips to the bowl. Melt the chocolate, stirring often. Alternatively, you can also melt the chocolate chips in the microwave on 30-second intervals.
- Pour the chocolate over the yogurt, using the back of a spoon to smooth it out. Transfer to the fridge until the chocolate has set, about ten to 15 minutes. Enjoy!

Chocolate Shell
The amount of chocolate used to create the shell will depend on how wide your bowl is. You want the shell to be quite thin so it breaks easily when eating.
